Johku Mökit booking and cancellation terms
Johku Mökit (Torikatu 4, 00123 Johkula, Finland) rents out cottages on behalf of their owners. Prices include VAT. The price is for the whole cottage up to the stated number of guests.
Booking and payment
Your booking is made when the order is confirmed. You receive a confirmation by email straight away. Final cleaning is included in every booking and shown in the price before you book.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- 29–8 days before arrival we refund 50 %.
- Less than 7 days before arrival there is no refund, unless the cottage can be rented again.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 12 noon. The key box code is sent two days before arrival. Early check-in at 12 noon is confirmed separately, and the fee is refunded if it is not possible.
Using the cottage
No more than the stated number of guests may stay overnight. A child under 2 in their own travel cot does not count. Smoking is not allowed in any cottage. Pets only at Kaislaranta, Koskela and Jängänlaita for a pet fee. Parties and events must always be agreed with our office in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
