Do you have a cottage in Johkula that stands empty most of the year? We rent it out for you, and you decide when you use it yourself.
What we take care of
- Presenting your cottage on our website and on the Visit Johkula marketplace
- Bookings, questions and messages to guests
- Installing a key box and a unique code for each booking
- Final cleaning, bed linen and an inspection visit between guests
- An on-call service every day from 8 am to 9 pm
You decide your own weeks
Tell us when you use the cottage yourself, and we close those days in the calendar. You can add your own days at any time, as long as they have not been booked.
Monthly report and payment
At the start of each month you get a report of the previous month's bookings and rental income, and we pay your share to your account. Our commission is 25 % of the accommodation income. Cleaning and linen are charged to the guest and do not reduce your share.
What kind of cottages we look for
The cottage must be in the Johkula area and have a sauna. It does not have to be usable all year, but winter-ready cottages rent best. Running water is not required, as long as the water supply is clear and easy to explain.
Fill in the form, and we will call you within three working days and come to see the cottage. The first visit does not commit you to anything. Sending a request is free.
